MA student Oren Ronen and Prof. Marcelo Wanderley attended the 6th IEEE International Symposium on the Internet of Sounds – IS2, L’Aquila, Italy, on October 29 – 31, 2025.

Oren presented the paper “Augmenting IoMusT Devices with Haptic Feedback: Design Tools and Strategies from Expert T-Stick Performers” (Ronen & Wanderley).

Several IDMIL collaborators and former students were also present: Prof. Pieter-Jan Maes (Ghent University, former postdoc), Dr. Bart Moens (Ghent University, former visiting student), Dr. Nishal Silva (former visiting student) and Prof. Luca Turchet (Univ. of Trento, former visiting researcher), who chaired the conference.
