Biography:

Filipe Gaio is a cybersecurity master’s student, jazz pianist, and composer with published works. Currently a visiting researcher at McGill University for a three-month project, his work focuses on augmenting piano sounds by using machine learning and neural networks to infer human movement for real-time audio modulation.
